ACM® Lightweight Aluminum Signs

BONELIGHT® is an aluminum composite
rigid sign substrate with the following features:

  • Two sheets of .021 aluminum bonded to a thermoplastic core
  • Available in 4 mm or 3mm
  • Substantially lighter than .080 aluminum or plywood signs
  • Provides outstanding performance on portable sign stands
  • Is an excellent alternative for lightweight Type III signing
  • Average lead-time for finished signs is 3 to 10 working days for standard legends
  • Standard size blanks are also available
  • Available with or without radius corners
  • Available with 3M™ Diamond Grade and High-Intensity sheeting
  • Significant cost savings compared to .080 signs
  • NCHRP 350 compliant as a lightweight sign substrate per WZ-249
